After remodeling every inch of my house, I have learned that a room isn’t done until Robin has worked her magic. The first time I used her I sat down and carefully looked through sample boards and paint chips with her for my master bedroom. Under her direction, the room turned into a showpiece that belonged in the wealthiest of neighborhoods. With every room she has captured the mood that I want to project.
This next part is a little hard to explain, but the entrance to my bedroom is a hallway behind my exposed brick fireplace. Robin had the idea to create a grotto by finishing the opposing wall in trompe l’oeil bricks and mortar which was so successful that this seemingly obscure hallway has become a prime showing point of my entire house!
She beautifully textured a column in my kitchen … accented a picture frame to better match my bedroom wall … suggested hardware for my kitchen cabinets that “completed” the room in ways that I could not have seen.
After the first room, I realized that she is truly and artist The results were positively breathtaking! The texture and color she added to my walls absolutely made my rooms “pop!” Her artistic eye and knack of suggesting the right hue and nuance is amazing. Rooms that I was once happy with – now I’m in love with! I no longer labor over the decision of wall texture and color. That is her job. I let her make all the decisions. I just write the check, and enjoy the beauty that now surrounds me.
